[bf1942] Real world bandwidth use stats

I see 10KBs (big b) bidirectional traffic per person.  That is on a 40
person server on win32.... I haven't checked linux stats since I'm still
working out some issues ("connection inturrupted" messages and mucho
lag on a T1).

Just my experience.
