[bf1942] min requirements

Damn! I was going to try to squeeze it on the same box as my CS server
(P3-866 512Mb RAM) which runs at about 30% cpu 25% RAM with 12 players on
there but if it is going to be taking up 50% cpu too it looks like it will
be pushing it a bit. I presume that it's not multithreading so it is only
one of your CPU's with this load, the other doing the OS processes?
