[bf1942] New linkage test binary available

Is there a way o use the start.sh script on a FreeBSD machine; instead of
having to use the dynamic binary?

Actually, it runs (on RH 7.2 and RH 7.3), you just have to take a standard
BF1942-map... :) At least it shows the statusmonitor...
