[bf1942] Punkbuster confirmed for 1.6

Im sorry but BT for all its benefits just doesn't work as well as it might
due to the fact that people just don't have even a 1/4 of the upload
bandwidth as they do download.
Personally I'd love to see just a redirect system like UT has built in
that works perfectly.
