[bf1942] Announcement: BF1942 linux server 1.45 available

Those boys would be me in both cases. :-)

For 1.45 cd key banning is only included with the linux beta in
a very raw form (i.e. only permanent cd key banning).

just a question did the windows boys catch up to the linux boys
regarding
