Ok any chance we could do something a little more straight forward like
always use lowercase that way both win32 ( case insensitive ) and Linux
would work and never try to open an incorrect cased file?

+overlayPath wasn't working as the settings need to be under the path
given in the Settings as clearly stated in the release notes e.g.
+overlayPath /my/server/path
Is looking for:
/my/server/path/Settings/maplist.con
not:
/my/server/path/maplist.con

I was just a bit over zealous :P
