[bf1942] Slow reports from GameSpy

Couldn't say which is used more. I guess gamespy since that's the 
in-game browser. Did you perhaps firewall the ASE port on your server 
during your network changes? Maybe that's how people were finding your 
server before? Make sure UDP 14690 is open..
