[bf1942] Interstate 82 Mod

I had a moment, so I downloaded and installed the server.
I have it up and running at the moment, but the true test is if clients
can connect to it. Server is named MP3 Interstate 1982, should be easy
to spot.
Address is cs.mp3.com, port is standard. Location is San Diego.

This has been stripped down so it's only 29MB, and will only work on the

server. I have not yet tested it, so if you have a chance to test it, 
let me know if it works ok or not.
