[bf1942] Updating to DC 0.39K

Already did. It's had the striprfa tool run on it, so it's only 9MB in 
size (this is still the patch - you must have 0.38 installed already). 
Also has the Levels folder renamed to levels:

It's been running on my server since last night with no problems.
