[bf1942] Statically linked version to be dropped--licensing

My BF port requires the GCC 3.2 compiler and its c++ libraries to compile,
I don't think any older versions would work.

So unfortunately users will be required to use a very up-to-date Linux
installation to run the server. There's not much I can do at this point.

Would it then be possible to provide a dynamically linked version
against the somewhat older version of glibc? That way it should not
be a problem in my opinion.
