AW: [bf1942] mod distributions in unix friendly compression

I can post them to bf1942.lightcubed.com but frankly don't have the time
to create the package...  If someone wants to volunteer for this let me
know. What I'd really like is to put up packages that have all the
unneeded stuff removed (server stuff only).

As long as the bandwidth doesn't get too gross I'll continue to host them.
 More popular ones like DC will get put up in BitTorrent form since that
has proven fairly successful in the past.
