Error with DC .3

Just setup a new bf1942 server. Tested it real quick, and I had a ping
of 80, which is normal for me. The machine is a 1ghz amd duron with 1gig
of memory. Ok, so , while I was running around, the game seemed really
laggy - and I was the only person on. So, I decide to proceed with the
DC setup anyway, I copy the DC folder to the mods directory, restart the
server, and get this error at the end:
