[bf1942] sea bug (nr 288) fixed?

Yes, I tried it then myself and you are quite right. Please ignore my
previous email, the values Bill lists below are correct. I did this test
a while ago under v1.1 and the results are different now. Did something
change???

Kevin, is that what is generated by the full game in dedicated mode?
Because that is not what I observed to be the generated values from the
dedicated server gui: 0 - No Limit 8 - 64 Kbps 16 - 128 Kbps 32 - 256
Kbps 64 - 512 Kbps 128 - 1024 Kbps 256 - 2048 Kbps 512 - 8192 Kbps 
I am using DedicatedServer.exe dated 11/20/2002 to generate these
values.

Here's a list of the valid values and their corresponding mnemonics from
the windows GUI;

0/No Limit
64/64 Kbps
128/128 Kbps
256/256 Kbps
512/512 Kbps
1024/1024 Kbps
2048/2048 Kbps
8192/8192 Kbps

e.g. game.serverBandwidthChokeLimit 64
