[bf1942] Linux dedicated problems (update 2) with Wake

Well, you kinda need both.  You need the base beta (Which you found on 
bfcentral), and then the latest binary at http://icculus.org/betas/bf1942/ 
.  Just unpack the file you got at bfcentral, and then unpack the latest 
binary on top of the base.  Welcome to the list.  :)
