[bf1942] Linux Dedicated Server Help?

ok it works and is seen now thx alot.
it is 22000 for LAN and 23000 for internet.

now how to i inable remote admin on server startup do i have to make a file
called ServerAutoexec.con and put
admin.enableremoteadmin <pass>

also what do you like to use to remote admin your servers? somethink that
works over LAN would be nice to :)
i have BattleField 1942 Remote Server Manager but i just cant get it to
connect to my server!!
