[bf1942] Remote Server Manager V1.0

The Rcon port defaults to 4711 by the BF server (either Win32 or Linux).
It can be changed on the admin.enableRemoteConsole command in either of
AdminSettings.con or ServerAutoexec.con. In any case, it can not be
either the 14567 or the 23000 port as that would conflict with those
functions. This information can be found in the "About" info for Remote
Server Manager.

I cant use the "%&/)=&&% Remotemanager, there always camn OH DAMN, not
found etc etc, i use ip: 81.2.135.112 with port 14567 and queryport
23000
