Fixes:

 - Writes out maplist.con correctly now, no more half chunks of the last
   mapname.

 - Fixed "Emitter.cpp" spam on Iwo Jima  and other water maps, etc.

 - RemoteConsole should work without blocking/crashing the server (at
   least, it works here, please pound on this so I can resolve the
   bugzilla entry).

 - Replaced all references to calloc() with malloc()/memset() pairs. may
   or may not fix glibc 2.3 incompatibilities. Please try this, too.

Have the appropriate amount of fun.
