[bf1942] Rcon Password

if the adminsettings.con gets rewriten everytime the map changes does this explain why my server doesnt start when I enter the admin.enableremoteconsole <user> <password>. If so should I creat a file named Autoexec.con the same as the windoz server?

  adminsettings.con gets re-written every time the map changes and it gets re-written to the default one set by DICE. Unless theres a known fix for this.

    In adminsettings.conf at the confs of SERVER you can add a rcon password, the last thing I don´t really understand. maybe Alexander can help here? :)

        In this time I have running a Server in COOP Mode. The Server specifications are: AMD Athlon 1200 MHZ, 1.3 GB SDRAM, HD 40 GB, OS Suse Linux 7.2. My Connection is ADSL with 1.5 mbit/s Download and only 192kbit/s Upload but you can try to connect to my Server. Nice when anyone connect so I can test it.
