[bf1942] Water Maps and other

well now since i got the server and i saw some time ago about the Water maps
causing some major problems i just wanted to say i experienced the same thing..

when running a non water map the server it self with 1 person (me) really uses
no CPU (.7% at the most) at all and the lag was really the same as the win32
version.. But when i started Wake all of a sudden (with the scrolling text that
was mentioned before) it is using 70% CPU and you feel some moderate PacketLoss
and when i ran Midway.. 90% of the CPU ( just for the server) it was
unplayable.

On another issue, i was wondering if the decals (bullets holes on side of
building etc.) are a server setting? i noticed last night when i was on the
linux server and i shot a building i saw no decals ( no video settings where
changed on client).. same goes plane bullets shooting into the water.. it was
odd to say the least..
