[bf1942] IRC?

[Zachary Williams]

Excellent idea.  I have the channel up on ETG, few folks there right now.
If someone could be a dear and register it officially on ETG (and make sure
it ops the bot, etc?).

I'm not too good with bots, but, I'd be willing to give a shell account
temporarily for someone to run one if there is no where else to run one
from.
