Setting the gamespy query port?

Anyone know how to set the query port or is that another feature that
didnt quite make it like setting the server config file from the command
line. Major blocker that one, we aint even gonna attempt to run clan
servers till that ones fixed.

>From what I've seen:
default game port = 14567
default gamespy query port = 23000

Actually while I'm @ it anyone got a full list of config settings? Might
as well get ready for this.
