[bf1942] join crash

Hmmm I can get the server to start up, but once I go to join it, BF tells me that it cant connect. I've opened up the bf port on my server, so my firewall isnt blocking it... but still, I just cant connect to it in BF. Any ideas?

  Only one other question : how do I get admin through the console while playing ? I cant seem to get it working,  I putt a password in the Adminsettings.con but it wont work

  I found out, that if i change the game mod, and the mapcycle it doesnt crash when i join. Maybe its a problem with the default Tobruk map, or with the conquest mod.
