[armyops] Completing training missions

Assuming that the missions were actually completed when the game told me
so, this doesn't appear to work. Logging in doesn't make the missions
previously completed reappear as completed, neither does it seem to make
it possible to complete the said missions. I might of course be wrong
here, but I usually log in before playing.
