Bug reports for 1.9?

Should bug reports for 1.9 go in bugzilla? Or should we report them on
the HomeLAN forum?

Also, has anyone else had problems logging into the game since 1.9? I've
got my home network behind a NAT/firewall, and never had a problem
before, but since 1.9, I cannot log in on the Personnel Jacket screen.
It times out the connection every time.
