...is not ready, yet.

The Windows version was not supposed to be released this early, and it was
leaked. Since it's so widespread, the Army really had no choice but to
call it officially available (it _is_ the final 1.9 package for Windows,
but it was being held back for the Linux and Mac ports to be finalized).

If you are one of my Linux beta testers, and you would like to
continue as a tester for 1.9, please drop me a line off-list. I am not
taking new testers at this moment unless all of my old testers have lost
interest, so please only send me an email if you tested 1.6 or 1.7.
