I think people started making emu10k1 by themselfs becouse, Creative don't 
want to hear about linux....
But tehre are 2 problems in game:
1. EAX - specific to driver noly
2. Poor quality -specific to AAO only and SDL maybe?
When i play mp3 and im watching divx my sound quality is quite good on linux 
same as on windows.
