[False.Genesis]

Hi,
how many MSVC users are working on the code?
Here's a set of patches to fix MSVC/MinGW/Win32 compatibility and clean 
up a few more things:

- The first one fixes a startup crash issue that apparently noone except 
me has

- The second one is a pure binary patch that adds the necessary .lib/.a 
files for MSVC/MinGW on win32 -- dylib files for mac exist, so should 
those for windows. (@ryan: Hope it works as a patch, if not, i can send 
them as a zip - or you download and add the necessary files to the repo 
yourself :) )


... For the rest, see next mail. Had to split it because of the mailing 
list's maximum size setting of 128 KB per mail.
