[aquaria] Patch for ActionMapper, fixing a crash

Hello again,

This patch fixes a crash that occurs e.g. when using the escape key to 
exit the options menu.

Cleared still needs to be checked, since actionData can be cleared while 
iterating over the list.
The line might have been accidentally removed in the patch that 
optimized this function.
