[airstrike] Joystick support?

It's quite some strain on my fingers w.o. a joystick.

There's the new kobo deluxe on sourceforge which uses a joystick and SDL.
Maybe there's some code there that could be tweaked? I'm a linguist, not
a programmer, and I'm *LOADED* with work, but if s.o. else would try and
hack the stuff together I'd be willing to do some debugging and testing.
