[airstrike] Penguin animation for Airstrike

Hi,

I hit quagmire with W window system (while I ported it to work on top
of SDL I did a lot of cleanup changes but couldn't test the other backends
properly afterwards so it will take a lot more time), so I decided
to do some Airstrike stuff in the meanwhile :-).

Attached is a walking penguin with a bit of neck.
