If you want a specific section of my plan, you can use the web interface
 like this:

The upcoming IcculusFinger rewrite makes this friendlier, and will also
 allow section management over standard (non-web) finger requests. Stay tuned.
 Icculus.org users that have stumbled over this feature should NOT use the
 section tags yet, since they are unstable beta code that will be redone in
 the IcculusFinger rewrite.
